Hi, I'm Sara, the founder of Zodura Family Stays! I know exactly what it takes to get three little boys to the beach... so I filled our family duplex, one block from the sand, with everything I always wished was waiting for me. The wagon, the pack-and-play, the high chair, the potty seat, the fenced yard... it's all here. This is your vacation, too, fam!

Yes, bring the dogs!
Dogs are family... and I would never ask you to leave family behind! If you're tired of "pet friendly" that turns out to mean "one tiny dog, maybe"... you can exhale now.
One flat $100 pet fee per stay... not per dog.
Your own fenced yard on each side, so the back door can stay open.

Our duplex is two cozy bungalows, set up for families from the front door to the bunk beds. Each side has its own entrance, kitchen, patio and fenced yard.

A queen bedroom for you, and a bunk room the kids will claim in about four seconds! The sofas pull out for extra twin sleepers.

What a stay really costs
I can't stand surprise fees either! So here's a real example: three nights in The Nest, dog included.
3 nights at $116: $348
Cleaning: $125
Pet fee (flat, per stay): $100
Total before taxes: $573
Book right here with our family and skip the platform fees. The same stay costs about 15.5% more on Airbnb and 12% more on Vrbo.
Rates change with the season. Full refund up to 14 days before arrival, 50% up to 7 days. Two-night minimum for each side, three for the whole Compound.
No pool here...
...and I'd rather tell you now, mom to mom! Here's what you get instead: the ocean is a 3 to 4 minute walk with one road to cross, and your own fenced yard is right outside the door... so the kids and dogs can run while you actually sit down.
One bathroom per side, too. Need two? Take the whole Compound.

Côte d'Ivoire, Argentina, the U.S... I know exactly what it's like to land somewhere with tired kids and discover that "kid friendly" just meant kids fit. No step stool, no potty seat, sharp corners everywhere!
